Worked as a Part Time Lecturer at TARASANKAR P.T.T.I, AHMEDPUR from 2004 to 2006.

Worked as a Part Time Lecturer at DURGAPUR GOVT COLLEGE from 2006 to 2010.

Worked as a Part Time Lecturer at ABHEDANANDA MAHAVIDYALAYA from 2007 to 2019.

Educational Qualification – 

M.P.E, Ph.D from Visva Bharati University.

Qualified UGC NET in 2012.

PG DYS (YOGA) in 2018.

Fellowship: NCERT doctoral fellowship 2007

• 1.  Published a paper titled “Effects of acute and chronic exercise on free radical production in albino rats”  in an international Journal of Sports Science and Fitness in 2015.
• 2. Published a paper titled “An assessment of nutritional status of the children of Govt Aided primary school of West Bengal, India “ in an international Journal of of Elementary Education in 2015.
• 3. Published a paper titled “Free Radical In Relation To Different Types of Exercise “ in an international Journal of scientific and engineering research Elementary Education in 2013.
