Cells for maintaining Discipline

The college has formed many committees like Grievance Redressal Cell, Anti Ragging Cell, Women’s Cell with provisions for Anti Sexual Harassment. These are in the following:

• The Grievance Redressal Cell: The Grievance Redressal Cell addresses the issues regarding Human Rights violations and also students’ complaints. The college organizes seminars in the college, wherein experts from the concerned fields are invited to share their experiences and give learned lectures to enlighten the students regarding gender discrimination and engender social awareness in this regard. The college is attentive to the grievances of the students and taken initiatives for taking disciplinary action. A Complaint Box has been placed beside the office to collect the complaints of the students. 
• Women’s Cell:Womens’ Cell, on the basis of Visakha guidelines, looks after the well-being of the female students and assures them of support and help in case of any sexual harassment that may occur in the college campus. Women’s Cell regularly conducts meetings with the students’ union and especially female students to create awareness and organizes lectures on women’s empowerment. World Women’s Day is celebrated as a mark of respect towards women. • Anti-Ragging Cell:Since the establishment of the college in 2001, this campus is free from ragging. No incident of ragging of any kind has taken place in the campus. The College has created an Anti-Ragging Cell to protect the fresher students from any kind of misconduct from senior students.
